The Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA)
The Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) and its members are devoted to sharing knowledge and resources in defense of the trucking industry. Founded in 1993, TIDA has become the organization of choice for over 1,200 motor carriers, trucking insurers, defense attorneys and claims servicing companies. TIDA is committed to reducing the cost of claims and lawsuits against the trucking industry. American Trucking Associations
ATA is the voice of the trucking industry and the trucking industry touches every aspect of our economic life … so, ATA naturally represents not only the industry as a whole, but also the business and operational needs of distinct industry segments. Even as we celebrate the milestone of our 75th anniversary, the intentions of our founders ring clear: “The particular business and objects of this corporation shall be the education of those engaged in the industry of transporting property … the purpose shall further be the mutual improvement and advancement of the interests of those…” I am proud of all we’ve been able to accomplish and will continue to accomplish with this mission in mind. We have certainly come a long way from our days in the Transportation Building at Seventeenth and H Streets.
The Voice of the Defense Bar
DRI is the international organization of attorneys defending the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation. DRI provides numerous educational and informational resources to DRI members and offers many opportunities for liaison among defense trial lawyers, Corporate America, and state and local defense organizations.
